Since Valentine's Day is in February, I thought that these would be a great breakfast around this time of year.
I adapted a Pinterest recipe from Almost Supermom, who originally made these with blueberries. But since no one in my house really likes blueberries, I made them with strawberries instead. To lower the glycemic content, I also lessened the honey to 1/4 c.
I was asked to make them again so you know there were a total hit in my house!
