You Are What You Eat

is this show on BBCAmerica that's about eating whole foods that aren't processed. The people on the show start out huge, and at the end of 8 weeks usually lose about 30 lbs. I know my eating habits aren't always the greatest, obviously, especially since I've gained 25 of the 50 lbs I lost several years ago back. And that was before I found out I was pregnant.

BUT - watching this show makes me feel a lot better about myself because I don't eat like these people do!
