It's been super rainy here for the last couple weeks, but it finally dried off this past weekend and we were able to grill on Sunday afternoon.
We decided to mix it up and made Italian Tomato burgers with a can of Red Gold diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano mixed in with some Laura's Lean Ground Beef. They were super easy to make and turned out really well - with a hint of Italian flavor. Paired with some freshly canned peaches and it was the perfect summer dinner.
