We're celebrating with family today, so I thought I'd leave you with this in lieu of
Throwback Travel Thursday.
Red, White and Blue Trifle
1 red velvet cake, cubed (I made one from scratch using my Beet Red Velvet Cake recipe)
1 tub FF whipped topping
2 pints blueberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced with tops removed
Layer 1/2 cake, whipped topping, blueberries and strawberries. Repeat. Spread remaining whipped topping over top layer, decorate with remaining strawberries and blueberries.
