About a month or so ago, I was asked if I would like to become an affiliate of Revolt Now Fitness. I've read reviews on several blogs I follow and they're all really good so I thought I'd try it out, especially since I have lots of weight to lose and considering it's taken me 4 months to lose 10lbs, what I'm doing clearly isn't working that well. The plan basically runs in six week spurts (uprisings) with weekly meal plans and daily exercises. Saturday is a free day. Since I'm breastfeeding, I opted not to detox and just jump in with the first week's meal plan because I don't want to inadvertently lower my milk supply again, on the advice of Nichole. One of the things I love is that Nichole Huntsman, the founder of Revolt, is so hands on and really listens and responds to your questions and concerns herself. The Facebook page is great for encouragement and advice.
Alan and I have been trying to eat better in general and in looking over the meal plans, I've noticed that a lot of it is what we've been trying to eat anyway. However, I'm somewhat picky, so I've switched a few things out, such as chicken instead of salmon and no salad dressing.
These are my starting measurements as of Sunday, April 28, 2013.
Body fat percentage: 39.9%
