I've been riding my exercise bike or doing Just Dance/EA Active on the Wii 5 days a week and I've been trying harder to stick with Weight Watchers. However, instead of losing weight, I've been gaining! It's so frustrating. The last time I did WW, the weight just seemed to melt off. I know I haven't been as strict as I was before. But, I'm not eating over my points for the week. I guess what they say about it being harder to lose weight the older you are is true. Ugh!
I've decided that I need to do something to kick my weight loss efforts into high gear. So, I've decided that I'm going to attempt the Couch 2 5k program. Day 1, Week 1= me feeling like I'm going to die! I was only able to jog about half the time you're supposed to - I jogged every other time and walked at a fast pace the rest of the time. My calves were so tight and hurt so bad that I was limping by the end. I really don't like running. At all. I much prefer rollerblading, but I don't have a good place to do it here. So, I'm giving this running thing a chance. We shall see. Maybe I'll become a runner afterall!
