I finally went and worked out this afternoon while I've got the chance. And wow, I'm out of shape! I guess not working out hardcore while pregnant, coupled with a c section and gallbladder surgery has really taken it's toll on me. It was all I could do to use the elliptical for 15 minutes! And crunches? Forget it, my abs are shot! I've decided that I'm going to use the fitness center at least 3 times a week no matter what. I lost 40 lbs within a month after giving birth, but that's it. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I rejoined Weight Watchers and want to get to my previous low weight as my mini goal, but ultimately I want to reach 150 lbs. I'm also in my friend's wedding in November, and I don't want to be the fattest girl there.
Here we go again on the weight loss journey!
