I made a batch of tomato soup today. For those of you that don't know, I make soups and then freeze them so I can take them for lunch. My all time favorite is this recipe. yummy goodness
I do make a few changes. I don't add the creme fraiche garnish and I only use 2 1/2 c broth because I add 1/2 c red wine. It is yumtastic!
I used to buy ingredients for a new recipe out of one of my cookbooks everytime I went to the grocery. Since we moved to PA, I haven't been doing that. I really need to get back into that. I've found some really good meals that way.
